How do I get to the island once I land?  

If you are staying on Harbour Island (including Ocean View), you’ll land, then each person will need two $10 bills: one for the car taxi to the dock (tell them you’re going to Harbour Island but the name of the dock is Three Island Dock) and one for the boat taxi to the government dock (if your are staying at The Landing its a short walk).

If you are staying at The Other Side or The Farm, each person will need one $10 bill for the car taxi to Three Island Dock, where The Other Side + Farm boat will pick you up and bring you to the resort.

What dock will be used most throughout the weekend?  

Valentines Dock, located on Harbour Island, will be the main dock used for wedding events and the boat day.

If I have a golf cart, where do I leave it?  

Harbour Island is a golf cart island, and you can leave your cart parked in front of your hotel without a lock; just keep your keys with you. Guests at The Other Side and The Farm should plan to park near Valentines Dock and Resort, since this is the dock used for most boat transportation. Otherwise, carts are not needed at The Farm or The Other Side as it is walkable.

For The Other Side and Farm guests, will there be shared golf carts?  

Yes, there will be 1 extra shared golf cart for guests to explore Harbour Island at their leisure. Keys will be left in the common area at The Other Side, and the cart will be parked near Valentines Dock.

How do I get to Harbour Island if I’m staying at The Other Side or The Farm?  

Please coordinate with Melina, who will arrange the complimentary boat for you as needed. This will not be necessary for wedding-day events, but if you have separate dinner reservations on Harbour Island, let Melina know what time you need the boat; you can then use the shared golf cart for your dinner reservation.

What time is the boat day?  

Boat day is currently scheduled from 1:00–5:00pm, but timing may change depending on weather and tides so we can take everyone to the sandbar. There will be beer, wine and rum punch on the boat but if you want more refreshments and snacks please visit Piggly Wiggly beforehand.

What is everyone doing after boat day?  

The bride and groom will likely grab a relaxed dinner and then head to Gusty’s or Daddy D’s to dance.
